After Choosing a Property

  • The selected property must be reserved and withdrawn from the market. After selection, the buyer pays a deposit to stop the sale.
  • The property is marked as reserved on the website, advertising is stopped, and it is no longer available for sale.
  • After paying the stop deposit, a preliminary contract is signed with the owner within up to 10 days.
  • The buyer must pay 10% of the purchase price.
  • The preliminary contract sets the main terms later included in the notarial deed: property description, price, payment terms and deadlines, and other details.
  • The transaction is completed before a notary by signing a notarial deed in the presence of buyer and seller. The notary certifies the deed and registers it with the Registry Agency.
